Project Management Google Sheet Template

Easily set up, track and share your projects using this Google Sheet template.

The template includes:

• Project Dashboard - This dashboard automatically updates with all of the information from the Project Plan sheet. It lists the tasks ready to start, tasks that are currently being worked on, and tasks that have been flagged for issues or are overdue.
• Project Plan - The main hub for the project.
  • List all of your project tasks here and the sheet automatically creates the Task ID, color codes the different phases, and calculates your task duration using PERT estimating.
  • Start dates are calculated using the predecessor dropdown column - no more adjusting every single line to figure out your schedule!
  • Flag a task if there is an ongoing issue that needs to be discussed with the team and it will show up in the Dashboard.
• Gantt Chart - View the schedule of your whole project at once. The chart is separated by each phase and color coded by status for easy readability.
